About this flowcharts practice

Flowcharts is taught in KS2 Year 5 (ages 9-10) as part of the England national curriculum. This free practice set covers using shapes and arrows to show the steps and decisions in an algorithm through 30 interactive questions, working up from easy warm-ups to harder problems.

What you'll practise

Each session gives you 30 questions in mixed difficulty: a few simple ones to start, some two-step questions next, then word problems at the end. If you get stuck, tap for a hint. After every answer you get a short explanation, right or wrong, so you can see why.
