KS2 SATs are national assessments taken by Year 6 pupils in England during May. Children are tested in reading, maths (arithmetic and reasoning), and grammar, punctuation and spelling (GPS). These practice questions come from real past papers so your child can practise with the same question styles they will see in the test.
Are these real SATs questions?
Yes. The questions are sourced from past KS2 SATs papers published by the Standards and Testing Agency. We present them in an interactive format with instant feedback and explanations to help children learn from each question.
How should my child use this?
We recommend starting with the practice mode (10 mixed questions at a time) to identify areas that need more work. Then focus on specific topics. When your child feels confident, try the mock exam mode for a timed, full-paper experience.
Practise with games
Free curriculum-aligned games to reinforce the skills tested in KS2 SATs.
Questions are sourced from past KS2 SATs papers published by the Standards and Testing Agency (STA) under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This is an independent practice tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with STA or the Department for Education.
